History: TransPacket is a Norwegian company founded in 2009. TransPacket offer an extensive range of products for optical networking. Our CWDM and DWDM product range include modular MUX/DMUX systems and SFP/SFP+ and XFP tranceiver modules. For active products our main concept is the fusion network technology. The technology is Ethernet compatible, but enables a wavelength-grade QoS not achievable in conventional Ethernet networks, still keeping the high throughput efficiency known from Ethernet switched (statistically multiplexed) systems.

Ownership: The company is privately held.

Location: TransPacket is located in nice environments at the center of Skøyen in Drammensveien 134, bygning 4, 0277 Oslo. Train, buses and tram are within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping, restaurants, hotels and a most other facilities are available next door.
